    25054 - Get Fit Camp

    Over 10 weeks, this coed camp will focus on building endurance for physical activity. Each participant will also learn more about nutrition, weight management, lifting weights, and cardio. The first eight weeks will be filled with guided instruction for conditioning and the remaining two weeks will become more goal specific for each participant. Classes will be led by ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Zach Miller. This camp is conveniently offered once during the week and once on the weekend.     25057 - Couch to 5k

    This class is for anyone who wants to participate in their first 5k. The race we are aiming for is the Bare Hair 5k that will be run in our very own Countryside Park on April 28 at 10:00AM. We will meet inside when the weather is bad and outside when the weather permits to begin our journey together! All ages are welcome to sign up; however due to running inside on the track, we do ask no strollers be used in this class. The first family member is $50 and each additional is only $25!!
    We will meet twice a week for 8 weeks and once on Saturday, April 21 to go over the running route for the race.
    Fees do not include the race registration. To register for the race we will have registration forms the first day or you can register at: getmeregistered.com/TheBareHair5k
