Take the plunge! Deep water running and traveling guaranteed to challenge your cardio fitness combined with toning to improve flexibility and increase muscle tone and core strength. Buoyancy belts are provided and create a no impact workout to the joints. Participants exercise in 6-12 feet of water. A shallow water entrance is offered then class moves to deeper water.
