    35030 - Tai Chi

    Meditation in motion! Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements in addition to relieving stress, improving range of motion and flexibility. Reduce stress and get an awesome workout. Our instructor has over 28 years of experience as a martial arts instructor and is a 5th degree black belt.
    Korean Tai Chi is a martial arts practice that promotes holistic health using movements involving powerful stretching, breathing and mental focus. The movements are easy to learn, practice and remember. Some of the many benefits of this class include tension relief, increased muscle tone, improved range of motion and flexibility, and increased mental focus and awareness. No special clothing is required. The instructor is Diane Massie, a 5th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has practiced martial arts for 28 years.

    35032 - Qigong for beginners

    Breathe fresh air and enjoy the multiple health benefits Qigong has to offer. Qigong is easy to learn, requires little coordination, and is suitable for all ages and physical abilities of those 12 and over. Classes will be held outside in Countryside Park - mats or towels are recommended.
