    45017 - DRUMFIT

    DRUMFIT is a new and exciting way to exercise and have a blast at the same time! You don't have to have coordination, you don't have to be intimidated. You can burn 400-600 calories per session without ever losing your smile! The equipment used will be a stability ball, stand, and a set of DRUMFIT drumsticks, all of which will be provided. You just need to bring a smile and be ready to get a great low impact workout that is sure to raise your heartrate! Classes will be split between the Rec Center and Rec West. Be sure to check the fitness schedule for locations.

    Friends In This Together (F.I.T.T.) is designed to be a friendly challenge-based fitness group for health and wellness. We want to provide a place for those who are looking to get healthy. If you are just looking to get fit, or simply stay in shape, then this is a group for you. This will be a great time to communicate with others, share ideas and experiences and help keep each other motivated and on track towards fitness goals. Each one day registered class, will be led by a certified fitness instructor. You will then be encouraged to work out at least 2 other times before meeting the following week. By registering for this class you will get a class card that will allow you to participate in any open activity at the Rec Center (track, gym, fitness room), attend any walk-in fitness classes (aqua or land), as well as recieve a free F.I.T.T. t-shirt.
