    31011 - Level 1

    The objective of Level 2 is to give students success with fundamental

    The objective of Level 3 is to swim front crawl with rotary
    breathing and elementary backstroke a minimum
    of 15 yards. Introduce scissor kick, dolphin kick, backstroke
    and head first dives.

    31014 - Level 4

    The objective is to improve skills and increase endurance by
    swimming front crawl with rotary breathing and elementary
    backstroke for greater distances. Students continue to build
    upon the scissor kick and dolphin kick by adding the arms for sidestroke and
    butterfly. The back crawl and the breaststroke are introduced

    The objective of Level 5 is to refine performance of the strokes (front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, breaststroke, elementary backstroke and sidestroke) and increase distance. Flip turns on the front and back are introduced.

    31031 - Adult Adv Beginner

    Adult Advanced Beginner Swim Lessons is for the swimmer who is comfortable in water but lacks skill techniques. Basic water skills will be taught from floats, gliding, treading and basic strokes. Instructions are given as to the level that one needs.

    35000 - Deep Water Fitness

    Take the plunge! Deep water running and traveling guaranteed to challenge your cardio fitness combined with toning to improve flexibility and increase muscle tone and core strength. Buoyancy belts are provided and create a no impact workout to the joints. Participants exercise in 6-12 feet of water. A shallow water entrance is offered then class moves to deeper water.

    35013 - Rec Fit for Teens

    TEENS!! Are you a teenager who is unsure how to get started in fitness? This class is perfect for you! Ehud Borovoy who will guide you in a fitness program designed to meet your fitness goals. You will learn the proper way to use the equipment in the fitness room, how to work out without weights or machines. Each week you will receive a workout to do during your off days.
    Teens age 14 & 15 will receive a certification (and instructor approval) to use fitness center with out parental/gaurdian supervision.

    35026 - Intro to Core Dance

    Intro to Core Dance is a moderate/low impact exercise class that targets all muscle groups including deep abdominal muscles that are rarely used in other formats. The class includes aerobic, toning, and stretching exercises and ends with a floor work to strengthen the core muscles. Students will learn basic core dance technique, including posture, rhythmical patterns, isolations, undulations and traveling steps. Each class will include an easy to follow choreography to incorporate new movements. NO dance experience is necessary.

Some of the many benefits of this class include tension relief, increased muscle tone, improved range of motion and flexibility, and increased mental focus and awareness. No special clothing is required. The instructor is Diane Massie, a 5th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has practiced martial arts for 28 years.

    37001 - Tae Kwon Do Beginner

    Your child will love the challenge of this martial art activity. Our program is designed to teach focus, concentration, muscle development, balance, and gross motor coordination within the context of Tae Kwon Do. Their training will also target behavior development, awareness of others, self-confidence and character development. Students in the beginner class do not belt test and a uniform is not required. Our class is taught by a family with more than 40 years combined Tae Kwon Do experience, each with a black belt ranking.

    37002 - Tae Kwon Do Int/Adv

    Build upon skills learned in the previous class to increase knowledge and discipline of the sport. Develop strength with increasingly challenging calisthenics and aerobic Tae Kwon Do moves, balance in the form of focused kicking actions, coordination in the form of sparring drills, speed in the form of striking and kicking exercises, concentration in the form of pattern memorization, and focus in the form of eye-hand and eye-foot target exercises. Belt testing occurs at this level (except during the summer sessions). All tests are designed to allow instructors to evaluate the students based upon their individual abilities, encouraging students to excel to their personal best. Our class is taught by a family with more than 40 years combined Tae Kwon Do experience, each with a black belt ranking.

    37023 - Youth Tumbling

    Program emphasis is on fun and safety. Each child will be instructed as to the proper technique and form used to correctly execute tumbling skills. Skills include balance, floor tumbling, spring board, and uneven bars. This program is strictly recreational and competitiveness is not emphasized in any way. No previous tumbling skills required.

    37034 - Volleyball Spike, Block, Serve

    This is a targeted skills class for middle and high school girls who are looking for an economical way to boost their skills and confidence. These Friday sessions will provide intense training. These individual training sessions can be mixed and matched to provide the work you need most. Classes are offered for 4 separate weeks.
    Session I: 2:00-3:30 Focus: serving, blocking, hitting
    Session II: 4:00-5:30 Focus: serve receive, defense, setting

    37038 - Volleyball Training

    This two hour class will focus on conditioning and drills to sharpen the player's fundamental skills: serving, passing, setting, defensive positioning, hitting and blocking. This 4 week course will also have a scrimmage in each session to give the players the opportunity to test their skills in a game scenario. Knee pads are recommended for this class. The instructor, Kathleen Washington, was a Division I volleyball player who also played professionally in France.

    37043 - Soccer Clinic

    Join us as our experienced soccer coaches work with your child with age appropriate skills and drills sessions (focus will be on fieldplayers). Each session is geared to help your child get better footskills and work on improving strength and agility. This is for all skill levels and even beginners are encouraged to join us no matter what age! If you love the sport you will love this opportunity to improve your soccer skills! Sign up before June 1 and your child will receive a free WTRC shirt!

    37044 - Soccer "U"

    With the "U" standing for "us", Soccer "U" classes are a fun and positive introduction to soccer for our youngest players and their parents/guardians! Our age-appropriate curriculum engages youngsters with entertaining activities that promote motor skill development and cognitive ability.
    With an adult participating by their side, kids will have fun learning basic soccer skills like chasing, running, kicking and listening.
    Soccer "U" classes are 30 minutes long and meet once a week. Adult participation is required.
